TF100S series Thermal Mass flow meter uses a precision wind tunnel calibration method and can compensate the temperature in 5 levels with the temperature from -40\uff5e450\u00b0C. The built-in gas conversion coefficient list can be used to correct when the flowmeter is used to measure the non-air gases . The mounting for the meters with the DN15-DN50 is pipe type, and it is insertion type for the upstream pipe when the DN is above 50MM. Except H2, TF100S is suitable to measure the flow rate of various non-adhesion gases. 316L and Alloy C-276 material sensors are optional according to different media. Special software correction technology allows TF100S accuracy to surfer very little effect when suppress the range, this can help customers to reduce the stock amount and change the range in field.<\/p>\n
